Supreme Court rejects plea seeking removal of Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi chief minister

The Supreme Court rejected a petition demanding the removal of Arvind Kejriwal as the Delhi chief minister because of his arrest in the excise policy case.

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a petition demanding the removal of Arvind Kejriwal as the Delhi chief minister because of his arrest in the excise policy case. “There’s no legal right to ask for it,” said the Supreme Court.
