Krishna Janmashtami 2023: Festivities take place across the country.

Janmashtami, also known as ‘Krishna Janmashtami’ is one of the most important festivals for Hindus. Celebrated every year to mark the birth of Lord Krishna, the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu, the festival is being celebrated on September 6 this year, with dahi handi being observed on September 7. So, on this auspicious occasion, let’s take a glimpse at how the country is celebrating Janmashtami.
